Rosie is an exceptional nanny and has made a huge difference to my children and our family life.
She's been with us for 4.5 years and we want to keep her in our lives as long as possible.
Rosie is a wonderful mixture of totally responsible, warm, fun and creative. She can meet any challenge (toilet training/tantrums/poor motor skills), has lots of energy, a sense of humour and is totally reliable.
Rosie has been great at nuturing my kids self-esteem and encouraging independence - the kids shop and cook delicious healthy food with her, they fix, reuse and recycle things, they go on outdoorsy adventures and trips, learn to do difficult things, play silly games and she has a gift of doing all of this with a kindness, patience and respect that the kids really respond to in kind.
Rosie is an absolute gem and she'd be an asset to any family.
Rosie has been looking after our three girls who are all under 3 for two full days a week for almost a year. She is super organised, always thinking of new things to do and places to go. She is safety conscious, honest, a good communicator and fun to be around. She cooks the girls healthy meals and ensures that they are very active and spend lots of time outdoors. Rosie is reliable and always very proactive. I would highly recommend her.
Rosie wa and is an absolute pleasure to work with. She would be an asset to any family that she worked with. All three of our kids always had fun alongside listening and respecting her. She understood what we required as a family and that the needs of each child was met.
We hope she keeps in touch and can still do the odd day when needed.
Rosie started working with my twin boys when they were 6 months old, they're now 18 months old and she's part of our family.
Rosie is great with the boys and they absolutely love her, I feel so confident in her abilities that we left the boys with her when we recently went to Glastonbury festival - and I am a person who finds it very hard to trust.
She is fun, patient, calm and knows a lot about kids and babies, she has given us loads of help and suggestions which we've made part of our routine. She has offered lots of ideas to help with their development, and always puts alot of thought into things that will help our boys. She cooks great meals with lots of thought as to nutritional value. She's always punctual and can be relied upon.
Most importantly she never gets stressed, is always calm and is totally trustworthy. My boys are certainly a handful, and after myself and my husband the only other person I really trust with them with is Rosie.
Rosie looked after our 3 boys (7, 4 & 2) for 4 days a week over the summer holidays.
She engaged with them from minute one and they all liked and respected her.
They did craft activites, cooking, play and several trips out and the boys had a lovely time.
Rosie is incredibly responsible and we felt 100% confident of the children whilst in her care.
