My daughter started at about 14 months old, having never really been left with anyone except parents. I was prepared for it to take months for her to settle in, but thanks to Sharon and the team, she was no longer crying at drop off within a couple of days!

My daughter clearly loves the setting. Every day she runs in as soon as someone opens the gate to her, and doesn't look back to me once. That really proves to me that she feels safe and happy at Tiddytots.

Staff have listened and been responsive whenever I have had a query or feedback. Staff are always smiley and professional at the gate. I trust the staff.

I looked around lots of other big nurseries and small childminders before finding Tiddytots. Tiddytots really is the best of both worlds - a good mix of children as you would find in a big provision, but the high adult to child ratio, great cleanliness and personal feel of a smaller childminder. Staff and children have been consistent (unlike high turnover elsewhere) and so my daughter has made good relationships with practitioners and peers.
