As soon as I met Lana I knew she was the person I wanted to take care of my daughter when I went back to work. She is calm, warm and clearly loves children, the setting is 'homely' and child centred. The transition into childcare was difficult for my daughter but Lana was extremely patient, flexible and very professional. My daughter is now so happy when she knows she is going to Lana's and will often ask after her even on the days she is not due to see her. Lana provides me with a full verbal update on how the day has gone and in the evenings we receive an online account of the day with photographs and development updates, it's really a lovely record of my daughter's day.
