My little girl has additional support needs and has been going to Louise for almost 4 years now.. even when times were tricky Louise was the only person she would go with. She has been so accommodating and built up a lovely relationship with my daughter, encouraging friendships and providing a safe environment and going above and beyond to help out little family... XX
