Our time with Rachel has finally come to and end and I will be forever grateful for the care she has given to our daughter. She has gone above and beyond in every respect: understanding of development; the activities planned that are tailored for the children attending each day; her communication; the relationship she builds with children and families; her attention to detail; how she encourages and helps independence grow; the obvious joy she shares at each accomplishment and the way she sets consistent boundaries. All this helped our daughter thrive and she has skipped off to school more than ready! The memories she made with Rachel are so precious and it was such a blessing that we found her. Our daughter still talks about her and the family ALL the time, takes things she did to show and tell at school, and runs at her if she sees her out and about. The best decision we made!
