Jess worked with us as a nanny from May 2024 - Feb 2026 taking care of our children who are now 4 and 6 (but were initially 2 and 4).

During her time with our family, Jess has been consistently reliable with excellent timekeeping and a professional approach to her role. She is wonderful with our children – they look forward to her coming each day and spending time with her. She is very kind, calm and confident with our children and always ensures they feel safe, supported and engaged. She fitted in naturally with our family life and built a warm, positive relationship with both the children and adults in the household. She consistently followed our household routines ensuring continuity and structure for our children. In addition to taking care of our children, Jess will plan, shop for and cook meals for them, plan activities and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as the children’s laundry.

Jess has been very flexible if we have had to make adjustments to our schedule and was able to work longer hours over school holidays which we really appreciated.

On days when Jess brings her baby to work with her, our children absolutely love seeing her and interacting with her daughter. We have been impressed with how Jess has managed to continue to meet the needs of our children while taking care of her own daughter at the same time.

We have always found Jess to be completely trustworthy and responsible and we have had full confidence in her judgement at all times. She is also a safe and careful driver which gave us great peace of mind when she was transporting the children on school runs or for outings.

I would not hesitate to recommend her to another family and we will all very much miss having her around!
