We found Jill when we had lost all hope of finding a good childminder! We had visited plenty and even started with one, but no-one matched our expectations...until Jill entered our lives! Jill's expertise, knowledge and experience is invaluable and provides a loving, nurturing, exciting environment for our children to learn and grow in. What has stood out most about Jill is her kindness, empathy and understanding. She really cares about the children in her care and takes time to really get to know them and ensure that the day's activities are around children's interests and development. I was anxious about the fact my little one needed help to fall asleep for naps, but Jill wasn't phased by this at all and reassured me that she would cuddle her to sleep if needed - which meant the world to me! Jill is brilliant at keeping in touch through the day, sending photos and updates. Her home is clean and has lots of toys/ activities, as well as an amazing garden, which the children get involved with, including picking strawberries! Our children have come on leaps and bounds since being with Jill - she regularly updates us on developments and milestones. My little boy starts school soon and Jill has ensured he is school-ready, encouraging him to be independent and making him feel proud of his achievements. I honestly cannot recommend Jill enough...she is truly one in a million and we feel so lucky to have met her! Thank you for being such an important part of our little ones' lives.
