I cannot recommend this nanny highly enough. She looked after my 3 month old baby and was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She was always punctual, reliable, and incredibly professional. Most importantly, she was kind, caring, and so loving towards my baby. Every time I checked in, my little one was content, cuddled in her arms, or enjoying playtime with her. It was clear she genuinely cared and treated my baby as if they were her own.

One thing that gave me great peace of mind was that she was completely comfortable with me monitoring through our nanny cam. Her transparency and confidence in the care she provided were very reassuring.

As a mum with three other children, my house can get quite messy and the kitchen wasn't always spotless. Without ever being asked, she was proactive and would help clean while the baby was sleeping, which was such a huge help and very much appreciated.

She also kept a detailed diary via WhatsApp throughout the day, updating me on milk feeds, nappy changes, naps, and anything else I needed to know. The communication was excellent and made me feel connected and informed at all times.
She is such a lovely young lady with a warm, nurturing nature, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in her care. I was genuinely sad that I couldn't continue using her services due to timing and scheduling issues on my end. If circumstances were different, I would have happily kept her on.

I will definitely be using her again in the future and would recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable nanny. Thank you for everything Bushra ❤️
