After a rocky attempt at settling in our then 11 months old daughter at nursery, which resulted in more distress for her than we were prepared for, we were nervous about her starting childcare away from home in general.

Upon meeting Rachel, we were immediately reassured. She is an experienced professional, who is caring and a natural with this age group. She takes time and care to understand each child as an individual they are, and you can tell how passionate she is about her role. Within a week, our daughter was settled and happy.
