As a first time parent, I looked at so many childminders and nurseries before settling on Pam's Daycare and boy, did we get lucky! They treat each child as their own and our daughter has thrived under their love and care.

She joined when she was 1 and has since learnt to share, to deal with her big feelings, to not hit, to express her love, to sing, to dance, to brush her teeth, to eat and sleep independently, to be a confident young girl with plenty of personality! I can't imagine what we would have done without Pam and Tonio, who give their 200% every day to every child.

In addition to following a teaching curriculum, Pam and Tonio are constantly on the lookout for creative and fun ways to teach children on a daily basis - they always encourage outdoor time and their dog is an absolute sweetheart. We are a bilingual family and they've gone to great lengths to accommodate this, which means she's already comfortable in both languages (and a bit of Portuguese!!). Our daughter has truly learned so much, grown up so well under their care. They also make fresh food everyday, which sounds delicious and our daughter eats things there that she wouldn't touch at home (!)

We have felt so safe leaving our girl there everyday, and we have learnt so much along the journey, as well. Pam and Tonio are so patient and kind with separation anxiety, sleep struggles, toilet training, illnesses. They're always willing to work with you and we've found their support absolutely invaluable. We're genuinely sad it's time for our daughter to 'graduate' from Pam's soon.

Their communication is second to none. We get daily photos of all the fun, along with a summary at the end of the day. They keep us updated on milestones, funny moments, and anything we should know — which gives enormous peace of mind.

Overall, we have been overwhelmed with their warmth, patience, and genuine care for the children, the safe, and nurturing environment they have created. We cannot recommend them more highly. All our family members with kids say they wish they had a Pam next to them!! In fact we have asked them to keep a spot for our second child who will hopefully be ready to join Pam's daycare in a year's time!

No amount of thanks will be enough - but thank you forever, Pam and Tonio!
