Our children love her.. We have very young twins and a 5 year old.. We don't get out much but she's always there if we need her. She is very cheerful polite and full of fun x

Charlie looks after our 2 and 4 year old as and when needed. Charlie built a good relationship with us and the children from the start. She is very reliable, easy going and great with the kids! She keeps us updated whilst they are in her care and she makes sure their routine is kept as best possible. I have no worries leaving the children in Charlie’s care and they look forward to seeing her. Would highly recommend her services!

Charlie has been looking after my children for the past two months. She drops my 7 year old son to school then looks after my 4 year old, before taking her to nursery. I must admit I’m a paranoid mother, it took me a long time to admit I needed help with my Children and even longer to start looking. I was very nervous about having someone else care for them as it has always been my husband and I, never anyone else as we don’t have family. We follow a gentle/attachment type of parenting and Charlie put my mind at ease as soon as I met her. She’s a very cheerful and bubbly girl and is absolutely amazing with my children. She is brilliant with my autistic son, very patient and understanding. My children ask for Charlie all weekend, wondering when she is going to look after them and get very excited when they know she’s working. She organises activities for the children and takes them out and about when I can’t.
Charlie has gone above and beyond her role as a nanny many times and I often wonder what I will do without her when she starts university.
Charlie has become a close friend and very much part of the family, we will continue to have her babysit when she has started university. She is the type of nanny/babysitter you wish for when you start thinking about childcare and cannot recommend her enough.
