Ana has been the best childminder and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided. We HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a safe, warm and wonderful place for your child to be. We placed our daughter in Ana's care for 2 wonderful years. Her development went from strength to strength, learning important life skills and how to play. She is such a happy little girl because of it.  

Her language and personality blossomed, full sentences of questions, all very polite and inquisitive under the guidance of Ana. Ana has helped her become a conscientious girl. It's clear she considers the feelings of others around her and her dolly/soft toys! Ana has a mountain of toys, books, activity sets, all set in an immaculately clean home. Her imagination is magical. She is so creative with her play scenarios and it is wonderful to see how that starts in Ana's day of play and evolves from pick up to bed, with us. Ana also takes the children to the park to get fresh air and energy used up. 

We know our daughter was in the best care and safest hands with Ana. Ana is clear with her communications, updates and activities for the kids in her care, providing daily verbal summaries on progress. A real highlight of the week is the photos she sent us documenting our daughters adventures. Because of Ana she has a brilliant routine and I know she is a happy sleeper and eater. We treasure the artwork Ana helped our daughter make for special occasions. 

Ana is calm, kind, sweet and generous with both our daughter and us. We always left her at the door with a big smile. I'm so sad we are moving away from the area as we would have loved to stay on and put our son through Ana's care too. The next family who gets Ana will be so lucky!
