Excellent childminder

An amazing childminder who cared for my daughter from age 1 to 4. She provided a warm, safe environment and was incredibly reliable with nursery drop‑offs and pick‑ups. My daughter adored her, and we are so grateful for her support.
We are truly grateful for everything she has done for our family. She is dependable, caring, and genuinely committed to the children she looks after. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

It was a pleasure to have Sara in my setting, watching her grow and develop.

My aim as a childminder is to provide a safe happy warm environment . We do daily activities in local parks and outside spaces learning about nature. We attend play sessions, where we do crafts, story time and meet lots of lovely friends which allows the children to socialise.

An Exceptional Childminder

Sheila has cared for my child since the age of five. My child is now fifteen and studying for GCSEs. In these ten years, Sheila has provided consistent, exceptional, and compassionate care.

Sheila is professional, friendly, punctual and trustworthy. Her environment is always clean, organised, safe, and welcoming. Sheila is passionate about her work, and this is reflected in the attention, dedication, and kindness she has demonstrated to my child over the years.

My child has special needs and Sheila always takes the time to observe and understand my child as an individual. She adapts her approach to meet my child's specific needs and always offers encouragement, patience, and reassurance. Sheila understands how best to communicate with my child and knows when to provide additional guidance or support. Sheila’s personalised approach makes my child feel comfortable and safe when she’s in her care.

Sheila is always respectful and communicates effectively. She keeps me well informed and takes my concerns and requests seriously. She works closely with me to ensure that the care she provides continues to meet my child's changing needs which gives me peace of mind as a parent.

The relationship Sheila has built with my child is special and I am grateful for her care and commitment. I can never thank her enough for everything she has done for my child.

After ten years of outstanding care, Sheila is undoubtedly an exceptional five-star childminder. I would recommend her to any parent seeking a caring, dedicated, and professional childcare provider.

child minding.

Sheila was the child minder for the daughters 2-3 days a week in the mornings from 7am - 12pm where she would then drop the girls to school. Her communication was amazing with daily photos/video updates on the girls and what they were doing throughout their time with her.

The girls would always come home telling me how much fun they had and what they had learnt (songs included) and every morning would ask if they were going to Sheila that day.

I would highly recommend. Very professional, lovely, friendly and great with the girls. Also has educational but fun toys for children.

Reliable Provider

Sheila’s kindness and friendly personality put my mind at ease when searching for the right person for my daughter.

The services she provides, such as the school pickups are a great bonus for when I work. Not excluding the extra activities that my daughter looks forward to engaging in with the other children.

I can highly recommend Sheila due to her flexibility to the needs of my daughter and her attentive approach in always keeping me informed of anything I need to know.

Excellent childminder

Sheila's setting is stimulating with plenty of activities for the children. My DD has plenty of activities that keeps her engaged. She always looks forward to her next session. Other than indoor play, Sheila encourages outdoor activities such as going to the park and local library for stay and play.
She always updates me of my DD's via videos and photos. Sheila's reliable, friendly, approachable and flexible I will highly recommend her.
