Sue came to work for us when my first baby was 6 months old, and I very quickly had another, so she found herself looking after my 2 under 2 before very long. From the word go, I had full confidence in Sue. She is incredibly capable, wise and unfailingly kind. She respected my ideas as a new mum, and gave gentle, sensible advice when asked. She worked for us for 5 years, was punctual, reliable and flexible, and I honestly think if we hadn’t moved abroad, I’d still be finding a way to keep her.
