We have a 10-month old and were visiting the UK for the summer. Jen spent approximately a month with us, and since day 1 she managed to connect with the baby and build a connection. She quickly got accustomed to the way we like things being done, and got acclaimed with all our gadgets and tools. She took care of everything related to our little one, from his clothes, pacifiers / bottles, feeding, and more. She was extremely flexible as well with us, as on some days we’d go out to London or Windsor, and would spend more time than anticipated, she was always accommodating and always had let us know ahead of time if she has any prior arrangements.
Highly recommend Jen to anybody looking for a nanny, she knows her stuff and has got a wonderful personality !

Jen was amazing with our daughter who absolutely adored her. She put us at ease and brought a gentle, caring and calming presence. We absolutely recommend Jen for all your childcare needs.

Jen has been a total life-changer for our whole family.
As a new mum returning to work when our daughter was one, I couldn’t have asked for someone more reassuring to leave her with.
Jen is kind, so much fun and an incredible and kind teacher. She has helped to teach our daughter to count, hold her pen and has advanced her speech brilliantly. She has also really helped on potty-training
She is like a family-member to us and is a joy to have around in our home.
We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

From the moment we met, Jen put me at ease.
I felt very comfortable leaving her alone to care for our son.
She did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to meet his needs.

I got Jen for when I first had my twins as a support for me to juggle life with a 3 year old and new born twins.
She loves the kids as if they are her own, and they all adore her.
She was a 2nd pair of hands which was an absolute dream when I was sleep deprived and couldn’t function.
I’m not sure life will be the same without her helping me!

Jenny started taking care of my son when he was 2 years old. He was in nursery full-time and increasingly unhappy. With no family nearby, Jenny became my son's auntie. He became confident and no longer cried when I left for work. His speech improved and he became a lovely, polite toddler. She potty-trained him, got him to go to sleep on his own, and gave him all the love and affection that he needed during this critical development point. When I came home from work the house would be cleaned, my child bathed, fed and, most importantly, happy.
Jenny is a natural with children. She has an energy and fun-loving nature that children adore. And you can just tell how much she loves children. Indeed she gave up a job in banking to pursue her passion. Jenny is also firm and gives children the guidance they need to know what's right and wrong. My son is incredibly polite and well-mannered. And I give Jenny all the credit.
She balanced learning with fun, brought him to activities and play dates and was incredibly flexible and supportive. Life was easier when Jenny was there.
I recommend her without hesitation. She is lovely to have around, yet never intrusive. She is such a gem.
