About Me
Hi my name is Chelsee, I am an OFSTED registered childminder, and i have experience of over 10 years, and have looked after many children, I live in the holyhead area with my fiance and 8 year old Daughter.
We are a non smoking household with no pets.
I am very friendly, fun and most of the time i have more energy than the children which allows me get invloved with the childrens learning and development easily.
Our home is layed out to allow children to make their own fantasy's and let their imaginations run wild. We have a selection of toys and creative resources with educational advancement in mind to stimulate learning for all ages from birth to 8 years of age, from imagination role play to various board games, picture reading books, messy play and musical instruments ect. I also have a large outdoor area for your children to experience fun physical activities, please note: children will experience all weather's so please provide appropriate clothing/footwear with weather according on your child's session.
As being a mother myself I know what it's like leaving your children in the care of others, so i strive to make this a comfortable safe and friendly environment for children to feel at home.
I try and accommodate parents as much as possible and create personalised care strategies based on the parents and child's needs.

My Experience
I have recently worked as a qualified senior & deputy nursery manager and had experience in this role for 3 years. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, and I look after children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old.
Having my own daughter and a large family with numerous nieces and nephews, I regularly babysit these from newborn to 13 years old.

We had such a good chemistry with Chelsee over the phone and the 2 half days nannying she did for us was excellent.
We asked for full support ever day for the 1st week of our holiday on Angelsey and a mixture of half and full days support for the second.
Due to her partner being away and issues with her other job, she told us a short while before the job that she could only do 2 days for the first week, not the full 5 we had asked for and that she didn't have a car and would have to collect her daughter at 3pm. So we collected and dropped her off and managed on the days she dropped out of. She did mention it was all fine for the 2nd week however.
Come the end of the 2nd week she bailed on the job altogether and left us having to cancel lots of our holiday plans.
All in all I felt we had bent over backwards to accommodate last minute requests from Chelsee and that we had been badly let down by her.
Lovely girl but given her unreliability I wouldn't feel, comfortable booking her again.

I lasted one and a half month in that time period she went on holiday twice and I paid for her holiday and when it was time for her to come back to work she called in sick after I paid her £560.00 for the month then send out her bill for next month over pricing £595.00 for 4 days a week when she realized I was on to her she try to get me to sign a contract so I can help pay her bills after her holiday! When it was time for me to put in for me universal she was untraceable and didn’t have a ofsted license! I report this to ofsted! Because when you’re paying this lady she wants the money but calls out sick and you’ll have to arrange for different childcare spending more the you should! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Chelsea is so friendly and approachable. She gives you a detailed rundown of the day and how your child has been. It really is a home from home experience full of fun and laughter. My grandson loves Chelsea and her family . I have nothing but praise for her.

I’m so glad I found Chelsee when looking for after school care for my son who has Down syndrome. (age 9). She put me and my son at ease immediately, as this was the first time leaving him outside of family. She cares incredibly for my son, with a great ability to interact with my son’s needs. She is kind and very caring, and also provides him with a good nutritious meal. I would highly recommend Chelsee for anyone looking for childcare.

My daughter Harriet has loved it here from day one . Chelsee is always so welcoming and all the kids always seem so happy . Since the pandemic all her safety has been first class . I would highly recommend her to anyone
