About Me
Hi my name is Amanda and I am a registered child minder in Irvine. I am also fully registered to deliver funded childcare for 2 to 4 year olds. I work with husband Paul who is a fully registered childminding assistant. We love spending time with the children and offer a range of indoor and outdoor fun and activities for all ages. My Experience
We have been looking after children as childminders for over 10 years. I have experience working with children of all ages from birth to teenage children.
We are registered in the PVG scheme for looking after children and have completed a paediatric first aid course so you can be assured your children are safe and well looked after.
My Qualifications
I have completed the following training for childminders and I hold a HNC Childhood Practice/SVQ 7 in Social Care.

We can pick up amd drop off the children from home, nursery or school.

Hourly, daily and weekly rates available on request.
All rates are inclusive of local pick up/drop off, snacks, meals, drinks, activities and days out.

Amanda is absolutely amazing, she has been involved with our family for quite a while now and there's been zero complaints at all. She is brilliant with our girls and nothing is too much trouble. The girls absolutely love her and they always come home having had a fab time and always happy. Couldn't recommend Amanda and Paul enough. She isn't just our kids childminder she's became our friend and has helped us on so many different occasions. Thank you!! xx

Absoloutely brilliant , my little boy loves to go to Amanda's as they're so good with him. My little boy settled in straight away as he felt really comfortable and safe too.He can't wait to get there in the mornings and pushes me out the door once i drop him off and he also always comes home and tells me how much fun he's had. The garden is a great size for the kiddies and very safe also got the high fences for little climbers so they can't go anywhere. There's loads of activities for them in the garden where the kids love to play so many different things for them to do. Honestly couldn't ask for anything else it's absoloutely fantastic. !!

Amanda is amazing at what she does. From day one Reuben has been more than happy to go with her and I've been more than happy as well. He's happy when she picks him up and happy when he comes home and is coming on amazing with his development. I honestly couldn't wish for anyone better to look after my boy when im not available.

Amanda has been great from the beginning, we have used her since our son was 1 and he's now 16 months old. We went to visit Amanda at her house, her house/outdoor space is very welcoming and very well equipped for children of various ages. Our son very quickly settled with her and he looks forward to his days with her. Amanda is very flexible and is very accommodating to whatever the children need. She also provides food/snacks and various outings. She also fills in a daily diary that can be accessed online and allows us to keep up to date with what our son has been doing, she also updates with photographs. It is very obvious to us that Amanda genuinely cares about the children that she looks after and we feel lucky to have found her as our childminder.

Amanda is such a lovely, down to earth person with a genuine love for what she does, and I feel very lucky that my daughter and I found her. Amanda's home is firmly focused on providing varied activities for the kids in her care - from a great array of outdoor and indoor toys, to arts and crafts and games. It's so much fun at Amanda's that my daughter would scream the place down (she's 3) when my husband or I went to pick her up - for about 2 months solid :-D
Amanda also keep you up to date with an online diary which includes pictures and info of some of the things your child has been up to. This is wonderful as there's obviously enough you miss when you're working, so it really helps seeing them playing and smiling for the camera with their new wee friends.
I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough and it is a huge relief knowing your wee one is in such good hands.
