Essie looked after my children from when they were 11 months and 3. I was worried about leaving my 11 month old as he had not settled well with a childminder. He took to Essie instantly and she was absolutely brilliant with taking initiative and brought a really calm presence to our home. She is professional and reliable and clearly loves what she does. I always had absolute peace of mind when leaving my children with her. She was excellent as communicating and I always came home to a clean house. I've had a few nannies but never quite as good as Essie. Couldn't recommend her more highly!
