Our daughter attended Lyn's for nine hours a day, three days a week from 9 months old. She was with her for just over a year. We left only because we moved away from the area. Our daughter quickly settled in well and was well looked after. She did a wide variety of activities, including play at home, visits to various parks, National Trust properties, playgroups etc. For home play Lyn has a well set up space, with lots of toys both inside and out.

We found Lyn to be reliable, with no unexpected closures. She is friendly and several times was flexible to help us out, e.g. when our daughter was ill or still potentially contagious, if she had capacity she allowed us to swap days. When we were moving house she took our daughter for an extra day to give us some headspace, and was happy for details to be confirmed at short notice. Her billing was clear and sent out monthly. She offered funded hours and use of the tax free childcare account.

We would not hesitate to recommend Lyn.
