My Experience

I have 13 years childcare experience. I have previously worked in 2 private nursery settings - one of which was on domestic premises. Collectively I worked in both settings for 7 years with children from 3 months to 11 years. For the majority of my time in both settings I worked with the under 2's and while at my second setting I was made room leader of their baby room.

I am now a private nanny based in Hexham and I have been in this job role over 5 years now. I am also Ofsted registered.

My roles and responsibilities at work are carrying out personal hygiene routines, meal planning and preparation, preparing and giving bottles, reading stories, playing games, and putting the children to bed. I have also had the responsibility of looking after family pets.

I also have a lot of experience babysitting for various families over the years. I have babysat for children aged from 4 months up to 9years old.

My Qualifications

I am a Ofsted registered nanny and a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse.

Training certificates I have are :
First Aid
Food Hygiene
SENCO
Safeguarding/child protection
Epipen training.

I also have an up to date DBS check.

My Availability

Evenings and 1 Saturday per month for babysitting.

During the hours of 9:15AM and 2PM for cleaning.

Available for pet drop in visits.
