I have a wealth of experience and thoroughly enjoy caring for babies and young children. I can offer you the support and care that you need in the safety of your home. I will give you peace of mind that your little one receives the best care and attention possible.
I have had 2 children of my own who are now grown up and left home. We are very proud grandparents and now have 4 grandchildren.
My Experience
I have 20 years experience of working in child care and have a DBS (CRB) which is on the update service. I am currently interested in home education and spending time in nature. I have thorough knowledge of early years development having worked in local nurseries and the home environment. I have a clear understanding of the working relationship needed for home childcare. I follow your routine for care, feeds or weaning and am happy to do some cooking or preparation for this.
I have experience of working with babies, multiples e.g. quads and twins and some experience of additional needs.
My Qualifications
I have completed NVQ 3 & 4 and also a Foundation degree in teaching learning and support.

My Availability
Due to caring for my elderly mother I have limited hours available and would only commit to part time flexi hours now. Please ignore the table below and message me regarding your needs. I am happy to consider post natal support following delivery or a C section.

I work shift and have 2 children 4 and 2. Pamela is able to provide flexible care for my working days, taking my 4 year old to nearby school and looking after my 2 year old at home.
Both my kids love having Pamela looking after them and look forwards to her coming.
It’s great that she is able to look after them at home, she cooks their dinner and baths them as we are often late home.
Being an experienced childcare worker, she often offers me support with the children and also gets involved with toilet training and structured activities for my kids.
Pamela loves being outside with my kids and takes them for walks and plays in the garden with them.
We couldn’t be without her

Pamela has worked with my 5 children (Quadruplet Boys and 1 girl) for 2 years now from when they were just babies up until they are due to go to school. She has gone above and beyond for our family and my children love her.
She has fantastic experience and is brilliant with children. She has some lovely creative and fun ideas for the children and incorporates things they love and introduces new ideas I had never even thought of.
She will be a lifelong friend to our family and would be an asset to any future employer.

Pamela is a wonderful, warm, kind and caring person that has helped tremendously with my twin boys. For over a year Pamela has come to watch the boys and fun pack their day from painting to threading cotton reels, everything has kept them engaged and aided their development.
The boys adore her and I trust her implicitly, I would highly recommend and doubt that you could ever find someone so thoughtful and caring other than "the parent".
