Paula was very helpful with my son and he enjoyed going to her place. She was flexible and could accommodate extra hours whenever I needed it even on short notice. She is very professional, welcoming, calm and has lots of patience in dealing with my son. She offered to pick up and drop off which was very helpful and she was always punctual. I would highly recommend her services and is not surprising that she is rated outstanding by Ofsted.

Liyah demonstrated a high level of professionalism and maintained clear communication. She was welcoming and arranged for the children to enjoy a nearby park, ensuring they had a positive experience. Her punctuality and dedication were evident as she helped settle the children to bed in my absence. Her knowledge of child care, gained through both practical experience and professional training, is commendable.
