About Me
Hi, I am a 41 yr old registered childminder in South Queensferry. I live alone with my 16yr old son. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, making use of the parks, beach, woodland, cycle paths and my garden. We attend local toddler groups so that the children in my care meet other children in the area. Activities also include visits to the library, soft play, reading, games, arts and crafts, and the much loved mud kitchen that I have in the garden. I aim to provide a friendly, caring and relaxed environment.
My Experience
I have 11 years experience as a Childminder, working with a variety of families. I have developed and adapted my practice through CPD, and the varied needs of different children in my care.
My Qualifications
I have an SVQ 3 in Social Services(Children and Young People), an up-to-date Child First Aid certificate and have completed various training's in child development, child behaviour and child protection.
My Availability
I work Monday - Thursday. I currently have children at Queensferry nursery and school, but could also accommodate Tom Thumb, and Roseberry.
