We don’t know what we’d do without Karen!

We are so lucky we met Karen! Our little boy has been with Karen for a year and a half now. He absolutely loves his time there and is absolutely thriving beyond his age. I completely trust Karen and love the pictures and updates she sends during the day so I know what fun my son is having whilst I am at work! I would not hesitate to recommend Karen, so much so, son no.2 will be joining her later this year!

Everything you hope for in a childminder :)

My daughter has absolutely thrived with Karen. She is calm, nurturing, and genuinely brilliant with children. Every day there are thoughtful activities planned that keep the kids engaged, learning and having fun. I feel completely at ease knowing my daughter is safe, happy and cared for so warmly. We’re incredibly grateful — I couldn’t recommend Karen highly enough.

An extension of our family

My little boy has been attending Karen's since he was 7 months old. He still goes to her during the holidays now he's in reception and adores his time there. Karen and her wonderful family are an extension of my own and my return to work wouldn't have been as seamless as it was if we didn't have her. She cares for the children in her setting as her own, always provides yummy food (which I often wish I could have too!) and gets them outside in all weather. Their minds are active with a variety of activities and she reinforces all the values we instill at home. We love receiving regular updates throughout the day from her and plenty of pictures too. I couldn't recommend her more!

Lovely nurturing environment

My son has been so happy with Karen over the last year and a half. She has a lovely home from home environment and he settled in very quickly. They are always doing fun activities and trips to the zoo, rushmere etc.

Fun, helpful and organised!

Karen has looked after both of my children full time since they were 11 and 9 months old until they were/are ready for preschool. She builds a great bond with the kids and keeps them busy at home with a great range of toys and away with visits to the farm, zoo and local woods. She provides daily feedback through notes and photos and is very organised in her management. The kids are always happy to go, they learn what they need to and Karen has gone above and beyond to be helpful to make sure the children gets what they need.

Amazing childminder

My daughter has been attending since she was 11 months old. The day I met karen I knew she was the right person to look after my little girl. I know when I drop off in the morning there day is filled with play, creativity, adventure, fun, passion, love and laughter. It's a home from home for my daughter and one that she loves going to.
I enjoy throughout my day the pictures of fun, games and learning I receive. I am so grateful to karen for all she has done for not only my daughter but for me and my other two children. Sparks childcare comes highly recommended for not only a childminder but a friend aswell.

My daughter loves going to Karen's!

My daughter loves her days at Karen's house and is so happy to go there! She has been going since she was 11 months old and I never have to worry about leaving her when I go off to work.
Karen offers a wide range of activities in a bright, stimulating and homely environment. Lots of craft and outdoor play activities as well as trips out to the park, farm and zoo - which my daughter loves! Great communication and I particularly enjoy the pictures and updates throughout the day.
I'm so pleased that I found Spark's Childcare and would highly recommend Karen!

Brilliant childminder

Karen is a fabulous child-minder.
All the children seem really happy and are really excited to get there in the morning.
She creates a friendly fun atmosphere which means I never have to feel guilty about leaving my little one to go to work as I know they will all have a great day.
Lots of trips out, lots of activities and a relaxed atmosphere.

Karen is also really flexible and will adapt hours at really short notice which has made things so much easier for me
I would definitely recommend Karen to any parent
