After 3yrs in Miha's care my son's heading to big nursery soon. Honestly, I feel he's had the best start I could wish for! He's been loved and cared for in the most safe, age-appropriate and stimulating environment and he's really thrived there. We appreciate the home-from-home feel, mixed with a schedule of activities and outings locally and heaps of play and fresh air. The set-up of two childminders working together is perfect. Small enough that each child is really known and settled (I so valued this, especially at the start) and they tailor things, yet big enough for social skills development, fun and activities. They're like a little family; learning, sharing, caring for each other and the friendships that have grown have been so sweet to see (the parents have become friends too!). Working with Miha over milestones eg potty-training, naps, transitions, I appreciated her experience and also how I never felt fussy if I raised anything. Others have noticed my kids kindness, manners and curiosity and I know it's down to the lovely environment he's been in. If you're lucky enough to discover she has a space - I'd grab it with both hands! A final thing, never once has Miha called in sick or taken time off without weeks of warning. If you're worried about that, you needn't be!
