I found Ann on the site last year having traditionally used a mixture of friends and family for my childcare needs in the past for my other kids. As my youngest has Downs her needs were especially more demanding. As parents who were new to dealing with a "special" child we wanted to find a childminder who had experience with such conditions. So glad we found Ann. She has provided a safe and loving environment for my daughter to learn and thrive even with all my daughter's qwerks and funny ways of doing things? Ann has always been flexible and professional and I can see that the other kids under her care are also well cared for. Highly recommended.
