I honestly don’t think words can fully express how grateful we are to Jodi and Abbie.
They’ve been looking after my daughter since the end of March, when she was just 15 months old. From the very beginning, Jodi was incredibly supportive, arranging several settling in sessions to make sure the transition was as gentle and positive as possible. As a parent, leaving your child with someone new can be daunting, but Jodi made us both feel completely at ease and gave my daughter the time, patience and reassurance she needed to build her confidence.
In such a short space of time they’ve become like extended family to us. The love, care and support they show every single day is something I will always be thankful for.
The difference we’ve seen in our daughter is incredible. She has absolutely flourished in their care. She comes home every day full of happiness, confidence and excitement, and in the mornings she’s trying to put her own clothes on so she can get out of the door, all while excitedly saying “Abi” or “Jodi.” As a parent, there’s no greater reassurance than knowing your child genuinely loves where they’re going.
Having Ralph and Stan 🥺 has been such a wonderful part of her journey too. In those early days they were a real source of comfort for her, and they’ve helped nurture such a beautiful love and empathy for animals that continues to grow. Now she has not only her favourite dogs, but so many little friends there too.
Jodi and Abbie are everything you could hope for in childminders. They’re kind, patient, supportive and always do their best to be flexible whenever they can. They fill the children’s days with adventures, outings and opportunities to learn through play, and it’s so lovely seeing all the memories they create together.
Knowing our daughter is so loved, so well cared for and so genuinely happy means the world to us. We trust Jodi and Abbie completely, and I honestly couldn’t imagine anyone better to care for her.
If you’re looking for childminders who will love, nurture and care for your child as if they were one of their own, I couldn’t recommend Jodi’s Childminding Stars highly enough. Thank you both for everything you do, you’ve made such a positive difference to our family, and we’ll always be so grateful 💕

Jo has been my son's childminder for the past one year and i cant recommend her highly enough! She is fantastic. My son, is shy and takes longer to settle in any new environment. Jo, fostered a safe and loving setting for him and it took him no time to bond with her and become comfortable. Jo, makes sure she listens to all the parents queries and is always supporting my son's growth and he has learnt so much in the past year with her. Sad for him to leave but i have baby no2 on the way and will definitely want Jo to take care of him too!.

Jodi was recommended to me by another reputable, local childminder and she has always lived up to expectations. She is so passionate about her job and is attentive to the children’s needs and development. For the 3 years she cared for my energetic boy sheesh always adapting to his interests, whilst maintaining strong and consistent boundaries. She has a beautiful house and family and her children are a credit to her. They will all be truly missed :(

Our son has been with Jodie for the best part of a year now. Jodi spent a lot of time getting him settled before he started. Has also spent a lot of time and effort helping our son with bouts of separation anxiety.
I cannot rate Jodi highly enough, our son comes home so happy and it's clear how his time spent with Jodi is helping his development.
Jodi is extremely caring, passionate about her job and knowledgeable.
Most importantly to us Jodi provides a home from home environment and will always above and beyond to help. This has been very apparent in the current situation and as a key worker parent it's a massive weight of my mind know our son is in the safest hands.

As a first time mum, the thought of returning back to work and leaving my baby with someone new was very daunting but Jodi really helped to make the experience stress free and I can't thank her enough for that. Apart from the worry of leaving my baby for the first time, I was also worried about how anyone else would cope with his dairy allergy but Jodi has been brilliant - she asked me lots of questions and really made the effort to understand his allergy, she's so good she probably knows more than I do about it now! From day one my little boy was happy to be at Jodi's with her and the other children she looks after, and after just a few months it's clear to see just how much he has developed from being there. Every day he seems to have learned something new, whilst still having lots of fun and I love reading his daily activity journal to see what they've been up to on their latest adventure. Jodi's home setting is ideal, there is plenty of space for the children to roam and explore whether that be in the garden or the playroom and her whole family have been so welcoming to us. I can honestly say we couldn't have found a better childminder and I can't recommend Jodi enough.

My son Louie has been going to Jodi for little over a year now and I feel so lucky to have found such a caring, patient kind person to look after him. Her level of commitment to the kids is outstanding and I always feel 100% comfortable in trusting her look after my son. She provides an extended range of activities including trips to local farms and parks, my son has the freedom to play outside dependant on weather and he is always given nutritious food while he is there. jodi and her family are all very warm welcoming people who treat us like family. i couldnt possibly think of anyone better to look after my son. jodi and her family are a credit to the childcare sector and my family and I think very highly of them all.

Jodi has been my childminder for 4 years now and I consider myself lucky to have found her when I first went back to work after having my eldest daughter. I wanted a caring, patient, responsible and fun person to give the same care to my children that I do. Jodi always takes the children out to playgroups, parks, soft play etc and has a fantastic playroom and garden. She's a mum to two beautiful kids and so she gives the kind of care only a mum knows how. My children absolutely adore Jodi and I have never once been concerned for my children's safety or wellbeing whilst in her care. I absolutely recommend her.
