My boy had to leave nursery setting and was completely overwhelmed. I worried he would struggle again having had a bit of a bad time. But Fay gave him a slow settling in period and provided him with support, care and a nurturing environment. The other children are also wonderful which showed how well they loved her and she cared for them. It took less than a week for my boy to be handed over with no tears. Her setting is clean, organised, packed with a variety of toys / learning / craft activities etc. Having visited a few places I knew as soon as I stepped into her house she was the one for us. An extremely caring person who is fantastic with the children and their development and any particular needs they might have. She provides regular updates and is easily contactable. 5+ stars. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Most importantly my boy is happy and thriving.
