Unreliable, was late to pick up from school, late dropping off with poor communication, given 4 weeks notice of termination just 1 week before summer holidays (as she now does not work Mondays), although still expected to pay for further 3 weeks notice when my child was no longer attending, threatened with insurance companies if I did not pay.
Unprofessional, would talk about other children and parents, harassed me for a payment late at night when she couldn't see the payment I had made.
My child was given processed food high in sugar and salt, things he had never eaten before such as doughnuts and pepperami.
Child cried everytime he was picked up from school by Paula or her husband Paul, he later told me he did not like Paula as she shouted all the time.
The setting was ok and well kept, unlike my child who was often grubby and not cleaned properly after toileting.

Hi Lisa, sorry but I have only just pick up on this review. I’m sorry you were upset that 8 gave notice when I decided to stop working on a Monday, and as per contract the fours weeks notice ran into September as I do not include holidays when I care for a term time child. We was late once when the school had to ring you but we were already at the school collecting him as you got the phone call, we explained to you the reasons and we were sorry, and it was accepted by your partner. Your child was fed the same foods as all the other children and this was told to you. The donuts were a tears and only given once, he liked pepperoni so when offered he accepted them and ate well. Yes we did have a few tears on some days but once here he was fine, but ant child doing one afternoon on a Monday and not always in on that mi day due to holidays or sickness is going to unsettle a 3 year old. So I’m very sorry you felt our care to your son was not acceptable, but he was always fed, cleaned, cuddled and played with.
Regards
Paula
