This was our first time using a professional babysitter and we were naturally a little nervous. Olivia was lovely and relaxed, she took time to speak to the kids and ask them questions and by the time I had to leave I was confident that they would be happy with Olivia looking after them. Olivia was great and kept me updated throughout the night and was lovely and kind. Highly recommend xx
