I contacted Olivia less than 24hrs before I needed last minute childcare and she came to my rescue to care for my 5 year old son and 2 year old boy/girl twins! Olivia had a laid back and attentive nature about her, which is exactly what I look for in a childcare provider - the children were settled with her almost instantly which left me with good a peace of mind. I have and will be using Olivia again :-) x
