Elaine came to work for me when I had my first daughter who was 8 months old at the time. She worked three days a week from 8am to 6pm which allowed me to return to work. Elaine was always reliable and punctual and stayed with us until my second child was born and I stopped work again. Elaine was a great help; she took wonderful care of my daughter and I felt very secure leaving my baby with her; she would take her to local playgroups and tend to all her needs - detailing anything I might need to know in a diary which I found extremely helpful. Soon after my second child was born my childcare requirements decreased, however Elaine was kind enough to return to work for a few hours a week to give me a bit of respite from having two young children under my feet which was greatly appreciated. I am not sure what I would have done without her and I highly recommend her to any future family. We have kept in touch ever since.
