About Me
I have been married for 32 years and have 3 grown up children and a grandchild. My grandchild is 8 months old and I watch him regularly. My home is a child friendly home with a large safe enclosed back garden, we are a non smoking family with no pets.
I have recently only registered as a childminder and worked with the Royal Mail for a period of 10 years.
I will provide a safe, healthy and friendly environment for children in my care. I will encourage a positive attitude towards learning. I am a great believer in outdoor activities as well as indoor.
My Experience
I raised my 3 children in a positive and healthy way and also regularly baby sat for my many nieces and nephews over a long period of time.
I was held a supervisory position in a children's play area which carried the responsibility of children's safety and well being, as well as ensuring any special dietary requirements were met and also any special needs requirements (Access, etc.).
My Qualifications
I have various qualifications connected with catering and hospitality where I held employment for a period of 12 years, included in my qualifications are welcome host, food hygiene and a SVQ 1 & 2 in catering services.
My Availability
My availability will be from Monday to Friday, 7am until 6pm, however I will be flexible with times when required (school/bank holidays etc.)
