We had a really bad experience with a previous childminder and were so anxious about moving our daughter to another childminder. But we were so fortunate to have found Luiza! She far exceeded our expectations! Our daughter didn't settle with the previous one for months and after just one day was so happy during pick up- she was a different child!! She has developed so well in Luiza's care.

Luiza is truly amazing. She is passionate about her work and you can see how much she loves all the kids in her care- all equally. Luiza has also been so supportive to our family overall, giving advice on sleeping matters and have truly changed our lives.

Any child who is in Luiza's care never goes hungry! Our daughter put on so much weight and loves going out with Luiza. This was so important to us as our daughter loves the outdoors and Luiza encourages it on a daily basis.

I am not exaggerating when I say we are devastated that we need to take our little one out of Luiza's care due to unexpected changes in our circumstances. We know our daughter will not receive the same level of care elsewhere as Luiza is the best.

We are grateful to her from the bottom of our hearts to have looked after and cared for our daughter so well and supported us in so many ways!!
