We sent our daughter to Rachael from when she was around 15-16 months old; she has loved being part of Rachael's home right from the beginning. Rachael is so brilliant with the children and has also been very kind towards us as parents. She was flexible and accommodating at the start when I was trying to get a new job and return to work after maternity leave, and has just been generally wonderful ever since. We really don't want to leave her, but we're moving house so have to start a new childcare chapter. Anyone who sends their child to Rachael is super lucky (as is the child)!
