I would describle myself as a friendly, enthusiastic, responsible, reliable and trustworthy individual who always gives her best. I do feel I have a passion for looking after, and caring, for babies and young children and particulary enjoy being part of their routine and development.
My Experience
I have 12 years experience working with babies and young children which started whilst I was at school. I began assisting a local registered childminder as and when required looking after babies from six months to pre school age children. I also worked as a nanny for an ex school teacher's two children (girl of 9 months, boy of 4 years). I also spent two summer placements working in the Nursery at the London School of Economics. I have been a full time nursery practitioner for two years in an 'Ofsted assessed Outstanding' Nursery in Kingston, becoming Room Leader of the Baby Room, for the past three years. I’m currently working part time as a nanny for a child aged 7 years, a nanny posted I’ve held since the child was 9 weeks old. I’ve also travelled to South Africa with the family three times.

Frankie started helping me regularly when I was on maternity (our baby was 6 weeks old) and after I returned to work she still helps with our baby on ad-hoc basis.
She is not only a great babysitter who ticks all the boxes, she helped our baby so much with his developmental growth by encouraging him to sing, move, read and our baby genuinely adores her.
Our baby is now 10 months and she is still the first babysitter on my list, there is nobody like her.
She is also very adaptable as we went through changes with our baby (switching from breastmilk to formula and then starting solids) and she was always keen to help and support.
She also helped establishing a routing (feed times, sleep times, play times) which was extremely good as our baby got used to this and the transition to a nursery was easier.
