I can’t recommend Abie highly enough

Reviewed

Abie has been with our family since February 2021 when my son Romy was 2 months old up until September 2023 when he starts attending nursery.
I cannot recommend Abie highly enough, she has been reliable, knowledgable, nurturing, fun and professional and any family would be lucky to have her.

When Abie first joined us when Romy was a new born she was an enormous support for me in those early stages helping with everything from feeding, setting up a sleep routine, a font of knowledge on all the stages of development and provided great reassurance.
My partner works away for weeks at a time and I felt complete confidence leaving Romy in her care so that I could have a break. She was also a great support to me during this time, a caring and reassuring presence and great company.

As Romy has progressed into the toddler years and I’ve returned to work Abie’s care has continued to be incredible. She is very active with Romy spending lots of time outdoors, or taking him to activities such as swimming lessons and focusing on his learning and progression.
She is very proactive about supporting household chores related to Romy and cooks him delicious and nutritious meals. She occasionally has Romy overnight and he is completely confident and settled in her care.

She has also been fantastic with Romy's 9 year old half sister who is a regular presence in the household and know she would be great with children of any age.

I feel very lucky to have found Abie, she has been a major contributing factor in making my experience of motherhood a positive one and her impact on Romy's happiness, wellbeing and development is clear. We are all going to miss her terribly, her energy, kindness and wisdom and it will be very hard to say goodbye, but I feel heartened that another family will now benefit from having her amazing support.
