Twinkle twinkle has been an amazing setting for my little boy. He adores fola and their relationship has blossomed. She always keeps me informed in what he does what he eats where he’s been that day with pictures and a diary she fills out. She’s very kind attentive caring and nothing is too much for fola. She’s not only looked after my little boy she looks after my little girl and my little girl loves her she’s always asking every morning am I going fola mum and if it’s a day she’s not I find she gets upset. Fola does school drops of for me she even helped me out a few months back when I was in a difficult position with work and done 6am pick ups for me. Shes been nothing but kind to me and my family. My kids did have a tough time with a previous setting so it was important I found a new setting that I was confident in and with fola my confidence has grown that people do care. Her pricing is very fair for the amazing quality of childcare she gives. She picks up on the important things with development in my son and she’s supporting at the moment with his speech which has been a massive helping especially as I’m quite an anxious mum so having the support from fola has really helped. The setting is always clean and tidy, appropriate safety is in place for the children , when I walk in I always smell the delicious food cooking , she takes my son to soft plays , trampoline parks , shopping , toddler classes and meets up with other childminders in the area. She also has an after school club and when I pick up my son they are all playing together smiling happy laughing and as a mum that’s all you want. The children are very well behaved kind they have wonderful manners and they love my little boy! Thank you fola for an amazing service you provide :)
