I have used Jackie as a childminder since June 2020, when my daughter started this was initially meant to be an emergency placement due to covid, but we could not face moving our daughter as she had settled in so well. We went on to have our son, and we did not hesitate to ask Jackie if she could take him on too.
Jackie goes above and beyond for the children / families that she looks after. She takes the children on all sorts of adventures, like going to the farm, to the local National Trust Park and much more, meeting their social, educational, emotional and development needs along the way.
Both of my children flourished during the time they spent with Jackie over the past 6 years; they were always asking when they were going to Jackie's house - even when Jackie took some well-deserved time off, they wanted to be there!
We as a family were very sad when the time came for our youngest to start his next adventure at 'big school', which meant he did not need to go to Jackie's anymore. Jackie of course has offered to support us in any way she can in the future, and we will be sure to take her up on this offer if we need any childcare support!
Jackie is amazing, and we are so glad that covid led us to her.
