Very supportive. My daughter is 4 and has been there for a since she was just 1 and I am amazed how much she has grown, they are also very very flexible. The setting it's self is unique, I know once my back is turned my daughter is receiving the upmost best care from everyone. They have become more like family rather than 'minders'. Love them all.
