My son has been cared for by Rachael since he was just 10 months old, which is a decision that I didn’t make lightly as an anxious mum. Choosing her was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, both for our son and for us as a family. We often joke that Rachael is his favourite parent!
Her communication is exceptional. She always takes time to give thoughtful updates at pick-up and regularly sends photos and messages about what my son has been learning — or what mischief he’s been up to! It’s clear she cares for him as if he were one of her own. If he ever falls or gets hurt, it genuinely pains her, and she’s always prompt and thorough with accident reports.
Rachael is endlessly creative. Our son often comes home with fantastic crafts — from tissue box guitars to handmade cards and wand decorations. She consistently goes above and beyond, even taking it upon herself to shop for a variety of foods to help tempt our picky eater.
We cannot recommend Rachael highly enough. There is truly no one we would trust more wholeheartedly to care for our son, or any future children who come our way.
