This person's name is Alba and she was a terrible disappointment! She completely wasted our time and money. She had confirmed the nanny job with us and we paid her for lots of trial sessions to come in and bond with our baby. Only ONE week before starting with us (and me going back to work) she said that she didn't want to be a nanny anymore and that she had got a place for a teacher's training (she had never mentioned to us that she had applied!)
We were so horrified by this experience and the lies that we decided to put our little baby into the nursery as we felt that we could never trust a nanny again!

I booked this sitter and the first time she let me down was at the last moment by ,she called and said she had a sore tummy . She then text me later on to say everything was fine and she was available so I booked her a second time . She has let me down again at the last minute with no real explanation:( ....
When I first spoke to this person she told me she was living in Notting hill and was very close to my home but when she cancelled she told me she lived in Mile End ???
I do not trust this person and alarm bells ring .
Also communication with her is always by text I have never been able to speak to her ??

had agreed on a time and date with her but she just did not turn up without leaving us a message in advance. When I wrote her after 20 min where she was she just replied that she already had a job and would not work under her rate around 40 min later after she was supposed to start. She had suggested a rate of 10 per hour which we had agreed to. This is very unreliable for a parent. If you have another job and don't want to attend anymore or don't agree with the terms, you should just inform the parent in advance.
