We were incredibly lucky to have Caroline as our night nanny from when our baby was only a few weeks old. During such an overwhelming stage of postpartum recovery, she made life so much easier for us. She was proactive, calm, experienced, and never needed much direction or preparation from us before her shifts - she would simply arrive and take over seamlessly, which was such a relief during those early months.

It was obvious how much she genuinely cared for our baby, and she always treated him with warmth and kindness. She was also a great source of support for me personally, offering thoughtful advice on parenting, breastfeeding and sleep whenever I asked, without ever being pushy. She even noticed that the umbilical cord may have been infected which is something we would have missed, and came with us to A&E that night!

She was reliable, punctual, and professional, and we always felt comfortable knowing our baby was in safe hands overnight. We’re very grateful for everything she did for our family and would happily recommend her to others looking for a caring and capable night nanny.
