After a few month since I have started using her service, I still ask her for help when I need it.
She is easy to communicate, very reliable and punctual.
My 2 year old boy loves her because he gets to play with various things that she brings.
When I leave my house, my son just waves me and turns back to play with her. I never felt worried or unsecure when I left my son with her.
