I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, experienced and caring nanny. She has been a wonderful help to our family and has proven herself to be a very safe pair of hands.
She has a natural ability to engage with children and build a great rapport with them, while also knowing how to manage situations and set boundaries when needed. My children genuinely enjoy spending time with her, whether it’s chatting, playing games or simply sharing stories about their day. She clearly has plenty of experience with children and knows how to navigate the occasional tricky situations calmly and confidently.
She is extremely reliable, punctual and trustworthy, and gained our confidence very quickly. She is also an excellent communicator, always keeping us promptly informed of important messages from school or teachers, as well as anything we should be aware of.
We also really appreciate her flexibility when arrangements occasionally need to change, given advance notice. She communicates clearly, plans ahead and is very organised, which makes everything run smoothly.
Overall, she has been a fantastic support to our family, and most importantly, our children are very happy and comfortable with her. We would not hesitate to recommend her!

Tanjin took excellent care of my daughter for one-off, last minute childcare to enable me to attend an interview. I was concerned as my 17 month old currently spends all day with me and warned her she’ll likely be difficult which did not deter Tanjin. A few others had (respectfully and rightly) rejected me as they care for other kids who could be disrupted by extended crying. Tanjin quickly established trust with my daughter, helping her relax and have fun whilst modelling good, safe behaviour. She took an interest in her before meeting, followed my instructions and my daughters current routine. My daughter was very happy with her and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. There was great communication throughout and punctual arrangements.
