Lynsey has now consistently worked for us since December 2016 and I hope to have her longer! She has been a pleasure to work with - my five year old loves Lynsey a lot which is always a great start! Lynsey has been reliant, hard working, committed and caring always. We have had help with school pick ups, occasional drop offs , but also care post school till we return home. When able to Lynsey has also helped keep house tidy and gone extra mile with little favours which help us a lot as a busy professional couple.

Besides, I know Lynsey prioritised her work to help someone needing urgent care and I've seen her provide short term care reliantly without letting it affect existing care arrangements.
