A true godsend!

Ersela was a godsend for our 16 month old son, whom we had just pulled out of nursery for health reasons. It was the best decision we ever made! She is highly professional, warm, funny and genuinely cares about the child she’s looking after. Her qualifications as a nurse are an added value as she always gives good and timely advice on routine health issues. In our case, she learnt his physio routine and helped him get back into shape within two months. Our son adores her and I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a long-term nanny solution, as she is just perfect. Lovely!

Ersela looked after our youngest son for a few months when he was 1 years old. He absolutely loved her. Ersela is such a compassionate and lovely person who I can highly recommend. Her energy is wonderful - kids love her. Only reason she stopped, was due to my own work situation.

A reliable and energetic person

Ersela minded my 1 year old two mornings a week for around 3 months, then with changing Covid restrictions, this ended, but we have also used Ersela for evening babysitting and ad hoc day time childcare with my 3 year old and 1 year old together. I was keen to have the children stay in their own home, so Ersela came to us. She was always extremely punctual and reliable, she has a good energy and sense of fun with the children, finding ways to engage and play with them. Her English is perfect and she is a trained nurse so I always felt comfortable regarding health and safety issues etc. If you would like more detailed feedback, do ask Ersela to give you my number, I'm happy to give a phone reference.
