About Me
My name is Natalie Danks i am 44 years old. I have a very warm and welcoming home with very loving dogs and cats. They are fantastic with the children and the children adore and love them deeply.
My Experience
I have NVQ level 1 and 2 in childcare.
I Studied childcare for 3 years and done placements in 3 different schools where I excelled.
After that I worked alongside a Registered Childminder for 6 years in which I was a partner in the business so was involved greatly.
After a while I decided to branch out by myself and go alone.
I became a Ofsted registered childminder in November 2017 and my business has bloomed due to knowledge experience and excellent staff.
I have experience with children with Autism, deafness, allergies, behaviour issues and children who don’t use English as their first language.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
My fee's are £4.50ph. This is a minimum of 10 hrs per week, which includes all snacks, meals and outings.
£6ph before 6am and after 6pm.
My working day starts at 6am Monday-Friday and ends at 6.30pm Monday, Thursday and Friday. Then 8pm on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
I have 3 Members of staff 2 who also drive and pick up for for me. Whilst one stays at home so the smaller children don’t have to do runs with us and still play. We are all DBS checked.
Paedriatric First Aid trained level 2 and 3 standard.
We all hold Food Hygiene certificates and have done many other courses and always looking to do more. My staff are well experienced, excellent and adored by the children and parents.

Although my little boy was only with Nat for a short while he was always excited to go on a morning and came home with happy memories

Nat is a great personality and a loving person specialy little ones. she and her staff are so helpful and supportive, they treat children very well and do a lot of activities. I really like what they are doing

Nat has been fab with my little girl during her time at Diddy Danks. She is reliable and very flexible whenever I have needed her to be so e.g. swapping school picks up for early morning drop off’s at short notice. I would highly recommend Nat to anyone that is looking for a childminder.

My 2 children have been going to Nat for some years now. My daughter has autism and Nat manages her well. My son was terrified of dogs but Nat helped him to overcome his fears. My children absolutely love going to their childminder and always look forward to seeing Nat and her team. Nat keeps us updated on how both children are doing when she has them. Nat is so flexible with childcare which suits our needs as a family as we both work full time. In my opinion, it's a fantastic team that is always willing to go that extra mile to help!!!
