Amazing Childminders!!

We could not have asked for better childminders for Willow & Teddy. From day one, our children have felt safe, happy and truly cared for, and it genuinely feels like a second home to them. The environment is warm, welcoming and full of little touches that make it fun and enjoyable.

After 2 years on maternity leave, returning to work made me feel very anxious, but Nesh and her lovely team of ladies made everything quickly feel less worrying.

What stood out most was the support during potty training. It can be such a tricky stage, but their patience, consistency and gentle encouragement made all the difference. Progress that felt slow at home suddenly clicked once we had that extra support and reassurance, and the communication throughout was brilliant, so we always knew how things were going and could keep the same approach at home.

Beyond that, the day to day care is exceptional. Meals, activities, naps and outdoor time are all thoughtfully balanced, and our children come home each day full of stories about what they have learned and done. As a parent, the peace of mind that comes from knowing your children are somewhere they love, with people who genuinely care, is priceless.

We would recommend without hesitation to any family looking for a childminder who treats your child like their own.

A Caring and Wonderful Childcare Setting

My daughter, Akira, has been attending Nesh1 since she was around 18 months old, and we have had such a lovely experience from the very beginning. Leaving her with a childminder for the first time was naturally quite emotional and worrying for us, but the reassurance, patience, and regular communication we received during those initial days helped us so much. We quickly felt confident that she was safe, happy, and genuinely cared for.

Nesh, Lisa, Jane, Sirvan, Hayley, and Alara have all played such an important part in Akira’s early years. They took the time to understand her personality, interests, and individual needs, and always treated her with kindness, patience, and affection. Akira formed lovely relationships with them and genuinely enjoyed going to the setting.

She especially loved Aunty Sirvan doing her hair, which became such a sweet and special part of her time there. Little moments like this showed us how comfortable and cared for she felt. She would often come home happily talking about her day, the activities she had done, and the fun she had with everyone.

We have seen such a positive difference in Akira’s confidence, communication, independence, and social skills. The setting has always felt welcoming, clean, safe, and well organised, and the childminders were approachable whenever we had questions or needed reassurance.

Akira will soon be starting Reception, but we are very happy that she will continue attending Nesh1 during the school term breaks. It is very reassuring to know that she can return to a familiar setting with people she knows, trusts, and feels happy with.

We are extremely grateful to Nesh, Lisa, Jane, Sirvan, Hayley, and Alara for all the care, support, and happy memories they have given Akira. Nesh1 has been a very special part of her early childhood, and we would happily recommend the setting to other parents.

Superb

Our son's been with Nesh and her team for nearly three years now. I have nothing but great things to say.
From the monent we met Nesh, we knew that we had made the right decision. We knew that he'd be happy in her childcare setting.

Nesh and her team have worked wonders with him. They've helped him become more sociable, his speech, his fine motor skills just to name a few. They were instrumental in making the breakthrough with potty training.

The frequent trips to Willows Farm, soft play, parks and playgroups are things that our son raves about. He absolutely loves them.
The range of toys, books and other learning materials are superb. The expansive garden which he loves being out and about in. It really is for him his favourite place. He looks forward to what he calls his "Nesh Days".

We love getting the daily notes detailing what he's been up to along with all the delicious food he's eaten make us smile. The photos always showing him with a huge smile playing with his friends reaffirm that we definitely made the right decision.

Nesh and her team have a genuine love for the children they look after. You see it with the annual graduation extravaganza barbeque they arrange. It's honestly such a beautiful event.

I would recommend Nesh's setting to anyone. I cannot thank her enough for what she's done with our son.

A second Home for 11 years

Nesh and her team have been nothing short of exceptional.

Our daughter has attended this childcare setting since she was just five months old and is now 11 years old. I think that alone speaks volumes about how happy, settled and confident we have always felt leaving her in Nesh's care.

Over the years, our daughter attended full-time, then moved on to school drop-offs and pick-ups, and has continued to attend throughout school holidays. To her, this setting has always been a second home, and that is exactly what it has been. Every child is treated as part of the family, and she has built many wonderful friendships during her time there.

As this is likely to be her final summer needing childcare, it feels like the right time to reflect on just how significant a role Nesh and her team have played in shaping the kind, caring and confident young person she is today. She has benefited from being surrounded by older children who inspired and guided her, and then, in turn, becoming one of the older children who looked out for and supported the younger ones.

The environment Nesh has created is warm, nurturing and full of opportunities for children to learn and grow. Her team of dedicated carers shares her remarkable attention to detail and commitment to every child's wellbeing and development. The children enjoy a wide range of activities, as well as regular outings to places such as local parks and farms, creating memories and experiences they genuinely look forward to.

Communication with parents has always been excellent. Through the Baby Days app, we have received regular updates and accumulated countless photographs and memories over the years that we will treasure forever.

Most importantly, we have always known that Hope was safe, happy and well cared for. As a parent, there is no greater reassurance than that.

We are incredibly grateful to Nesh and her team for everything they have done for our daughter over the past decade. I would wholeheartedly recommend this setting to any parent looking for a loving, professional and nurturing environment for their child.

Thank you, Nesh and team, for being such an important part of our precious girl's childhood.

Nesh's setting was a second home for our children

My children joined as toddlers and left as confident, happy young people. The environment was caring, safe and a place where they truly thrived. They formed deep sibling-like bonds with the other children and the other parents were a fantastic support network too. The children had access to so many activities from playing in the wonderful garden to outings like Willow's Farm and soft play.
As working parents, we felt very confident and comfortable knowing our children were in such caring hands.
I wholeheartedly recommend Nesh and her team to any new parent.

Great experience

Our daughter was with Nesh four days a week between the ages of 2 and 3. We had a very good experience. It is a small, intimate environment but the children are taken out regularly for trips. Low stress for working parents, as the hours are good and food is included, so we dropped our daughter off knowing that everything would be taken care of while we worked. Our daughter bonded well with the other children, and although she is at nursery now we still send her back for vacation and occasionally care.

Excellent setting - happy children; happy parents!

Nesh and her team have always provided excellent care to our children. So much so, that our 12 year old son regularly asks to return in the holidays!
Our youngest child will continue to go in the holidays and will be happy to return, to see their friends, Nesh and her family and team.

The setting provides great learning opportunities for the children, with mixed ages that lead to faster walking, talking, potty training and beyond.

Pre-schoolers are treated to several trips out a week, meaning they are developing fantastic social skills with both adults and children from other settings and the wider public in general.

The children constantly have others to “look up to” and learn from and we are convinced that this, and Nesh’s experience, mean the children develop faster than the “norm”.

Conversely, the older children appear to show far greater empathy for the younger ones than one might expect and our experience has been that the setting encourages the older children to nurture the younger ones.

Our children have met and exceeded all the milestones we would expect. We are confident that were this not the case; Nesh and team would work with us to put plans in place to address any areas of concern.

They are one enormous happy family. The bonds built here, continue after the need for a childminder ends and Nesh will always be a huge part of our family.

Best Childminder in Welwyn and probably beyond!

I cannot fault the level of care my daughter she has received from day one with Nesh. She has flourished under her supervision and is ahead of several of her friends who are of a similar age but in a different childcare setting in terms of key skills/communication.

Every week she comes home having learned new skills from songs, words, writing, creative play, crafts, pictures, expressing herself verbally and knowing how to interact with others in a kind and considerate manner. My daughter is so excited to see Nesh that she refers to her as “her best friend” and ends her days with "bye Nesh, I love you".

Unfortunately my daughter will be starting school in September but my son will still be there and I am excited to see him grow and develop under her care. We are lucky to have Nesh and her childcare facilities and would/do recommend her to everyone.

The best in town!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Nesh and her assistants was always very kind, caring and loving with our son. They looked after him very well. He was in the setting for less then a year but his improvement was wonderful! She has a very large garden with lots of fun outdoor activities plus there is always a trip to the playground or the to the farm. She always updated us with what he ate or what they did on the day plus uploaded pictures. He would cry to go even weekends. We are really grateful for finding her in ours and my sons life 💛💛⭐

Great childminder

Nesh looked after our little girl from aged 1 to 3 years old. Our daughter always seemed happy and content. She made friends with the other children easily. She enjoyed the trips out to the farm, soft play, town and the park. Nesh always kept us up to date with photos on the app of activities during the day. She enjoyed playing in the garden and playroom which always looked spotless on photos and there was wide variety of toys. Food was included and there was good menu of healthy meals. Nesh was always flexible if we needed to add a days childcare. We always knew our daughter was safe and well cared for. Thank you
