Hello! I’m Cassie, I’m a level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, I’ve worked in a selection of Nurseries around Newport Shropshire, following many different approaches examples include The curiosity Approach, wanderlust and the Hygge- a danish way of living in the moment. All of these different approaches and settings have taught me a tool chest of qualities and helped shape the type of caregiver I’d like to be.
My little one was born in 2020, and she has changed my whole life, she’s sunshine in all forms and brings so much joy to myself and her dad. Through becoming a parent it has given me a whole new understanding of being a care giver, and what id like for my daughter but for the little ones I take care of, expanding and exploring the differences and similarities that they may experience at home and the setting.

My Experience
I’ve been working in childcare settings for the last 6 1/2 years, and I’ve worked with children from 9 months to 4 years, I’ve helped with school transitions as well as 1-1 care for children with SEN needs and supported room leaders and other staff members with following the EYFS and every child matters. I’m first aid trained (paediatric) and safeguarding level 2, I’m DBS checked for my current position and can ask for references.
